You will need: Leftover embroidery floss, some fabric starch and balloons. (I used water bomb water balloons since they are perfectly round and small.) Gloves are optional, but I'd recommend them if you are not 100% sure of what is in the starch solution and/or how safe (or harmful) it may be! So, gather your supplies and start saturating your string in the liquid starch- wrap the sopping strings around the balloon ...
